Notes: Dion Fortune

dionfortuneDion Fortune (Violet Firth) was a well-known and influential British occultist during the early twentieth century. Born December 6, 1890, she became a prolific writer on the supernatural and the occult and greatly influenced the modern revival of the magical arts. Fortune died in 1946 of leukemia at the age of 55.
